DJ Bio : Heath Laqua
   

Heath Laqua Heath has always had a passion for music. He was in choir for over 12 years and every chance he had he was buying music, of all genres. After high school his musical tastes shifted to the mid 90's rave scene. In late 95 moved to Washington DC and immediately fell in love with the East Coast club scene. In late 96 he bought his first set of decks and stayed locked in his room for hours learning how to mix and beatmatch. Later that year he befriended a local club DJ, DJ Mike. Mike took him in and taught him the in's and out's of being a DJ. He started out with Top 40 tracks remixed into house music. After mastering that genre, his tastes moved into the underground side. A few months have passed and DJ Mike offered him a Friday night Happy Hour slot. Heath continued that gig for about a year. In Late 98 Heath moved back to Seattle and quickly landed another residency at The Downunder. While he had his residency he promoted himself to the other promoters in Seattle, landing him gigs all over the city. In 2000 he met and became good friends with DJ Sol and DJ Seven and things haven't been the same!!
